All group reservations are deemed tentative till we receive a 50% advance payment. The 50% payment is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
Balance Payment of 50% to be made 10 days prior to arrival
If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation will be cancelled.
FITs/Small Groups – Full and final payment on booking for confirmation of the trip

Check in time is 0930 hrs on Day 1
Check out time on the last day is 1000 hrs. The guest is requested to vacate the room/tent at the check out time but can use retreat facilities till 1200 hrs, on availability basis
There will be extra amount liable in case the guests check in/ check out at time other than the timing specified. The extra amount liable will depend on the actual arrival and departure details.
There are no separate charges for with activities or without activities guests, unless otherwise specified
Guests will be charged the Single Room/Tent Supplement in case they avail of a single share room/tent.
The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid may be adjusted against future trips (as per company's discretion).
